南非当地时间6月6日，尼日利亚和朝鲜队在位于约翰堡西部的Tembisa区进行了一场热身赛。比赛期间，赛场外发生球迷流血事件，并有球迷踩踏受伤。事件发生后不到四个小时，国际足联立即发信给所有注册媒体，澄清其自身与这次球迷事故毫无关系。

　　据在现场的腾讯记者报道，这次球迷流血事件主要原因是当地组织不力。比赛原定持票入场，但临时取消了检票。此举导致了许多持票的观众无法入场，在赛场入口相互推搡形成踩踏事故。

　　在致媒体的通告中，国际足联先是对流血事件中受伤的球迷表示慰问，随即立即澄清：国际足联与世界杯组委会并未参与此次热身赛的组织工作，应为参赛球队的个体行为。对于此前个别媒体报道此次比赛球票由FIFA负责销售，国际足联明确表示此为不实报道。

　　众所周知，此次世界杯的安保工作，一直是国际足联最为担心的一个环节。为了确保世界杯比赛的安全，他们投入大量的人力物力增强安保力度。任何差错都会使国际足联成为媒体攻击的主要对象，这无疑也是布拉特不想看到的。因此，国际足联如此急切的澄清事故责任也就不足为奇了。

　　通告最后，国际足联公布了南非警务官方网站，表示警方如有进一步的消息会及时公布。但截至记者发稿时，此网站仍无与今天流血事件相关的任何新闻。

　　FIFA and the Organising Committee (OC) of the 2010 FIFA World Cup have been informed by the South African Police Services (SAPS) about the incidents which have taken place today, 6 June 2010, on the occasion of the friendly match between Nigeria and Korea DPR played in Ekurhuleni, Johannesburg.

　　FIFA and the OC would like to first wish a prompt recovery to those who have been affected by these incidents. In addition, FIFA and the OC would like to reiterate that this friendly match has no relation whatsoever with the operational organisation of the 2010 FIFA World Cup, for which we remain fully confident. Contrary to some media reports, FIFA had nothing to do with the ticketing of this game.
